Changes in mold material, design, and structure improve quality and production capacity to save costs for customers

Our company provided a water pump housing for Aqilike Hitachi Home Appliances (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. The mold was initially provided by the customer. During the production process, our company found that the molding cycle was long (about 60 seconds) and the product quality was unstable. The customer had many defects every month (the design caused unstable quality). Our company conducted internal discussions and made a convincing report and submitted it to the customer. After the customer confirmed and adopted our plan, our company followed our own plan and re-opened the mold to solve the problem perfectly.

Molding cycle: 58 seconds → 32 seconds (26 seconds shorter than the customer-supplied mold cycle, and daily output is about twice as much as before)

Cost savings: The increased production capacity directly reduces processing costs, and saves customers tens of thousands of yuan in bad expenses every month.
